Extras and Damages added to the Concierge Account

Concierge Account Policy

On arrival at the villa, the hostess, will ask you to open a Concierge Account and Damages Account with a Passport and Credit Card – either Visa or Mastercard. We can open more than one Concierge Account for other members – this is a good time to complete the process

All direct booked clients have access to pre-arrival concierge for provisioning, activities, and villa add-ons.

When Direct Booking Samsara we do not ask for a cash deposit bur request a credit card - Visa or Mastercard on check-in with a supporting passport. If you would like to bill incidentals to the concierge account we ask for a deposit that is in line with foreseen usage.

Cuisine - kitchen stocking $1,000 - $1,500 per day depeending on occupancy

Bar - $2,000 pre-stock and $500 - $1,000 per day depending on usage

Incidentals around villa $500 pre-arrival deposit topped up when utilised

The Concierge Team if they have details of your plans can provide a quote and create a pre-arrival schedule that is fully costed so you have a fixed budget pre-arrival.

Charges on Concierge and Damage Account

Concierge service charge island receipts/ invoice plus 20%, government tourist tax is 12%.

Charegeable Items Include

Deep Suite Clean – say in the event of sickness. Please request if a member of your party needs this assistance with a suite so staff can be properly prepared. Linens will be changed as part of a deep-suite clean; cost $175 plus tax.

Early or Late arrival. Scheduled arrival/ departure adjustments are charged at $500 per hour or part of an hour for Samsara and $50 per hour or part of an hour for Xanadu.

Additional Pool/ Jacuzzi Cleaning - schedule is once a week (twice with premium rentals) but additional dates can be added for a fee of $350 plus tax.

Additional Water Jugs for hydration stations charged at $30 per 5 Gallon Water Jug. Request via Concierge@Samsaratci.com

Amenities of the suite if “taken home” will be billed; Robe $125; large format luxury products $25 per item.

Remote controls are displayed and stored on the wall for easy usage. Please do tell us if batteries need changing and we will get this corrected. Removal/ lost remote cotrols charged at $125 each item. 

Excess usage of Air Con - Flexible utilities policy: mindful air conditioning use is appreciated to protect the environment and estate -Conscious energy use: A/C use is monitored and charges may apply for extreme usage outside of evening. night usage.

Damage report is provided with 2-3 days of you departure with clear indication of what needs to be assessed for invoicing.
