International Fine Dining Packages
An International chef, sous chef and kitchen service team are experienced in transporting restaurant quality dining into an intimate villa setting. Opening your day is an en-famille breakfast featuring a daily special plated element. Lunch is a casual al-fresco off-the-grill one course menu showcasing local cuisine and flavours. The cuisine-finale is a fine-dining three course banquet. The special daily cocktail is complimented by the daily hors d’oeuvres in the cocktail pavilion at 6pm (served to over 18’s). It is followed by fine dining menu designed around the finest produce on island so may include seasonal changes.

Casual In-Villa Dining Packages
Our villa staff specialize in crafting delectable local cuisine that's rich in flavor. With a casual and unscripted dining style, we offer meals filled with delightful surprises. Our staff has a knack for sourcing the freshest local ingredients while being budget-conscious.
Our menu features a wide array of options, from succulent roast chicken and homemade hamburgers to comforting lasagna and tantalizing curries infused with local flavors. You'll also find a hint of Tex-Mex magic, served alongside rice, potatoes, and fresh salads. All meals are presented buffet-style for a relaxed and communal dining experience.
Kick off your day with a French-style breakfast (uncooked) around 9:30 am, followed by a leisurely lunch at 1:00 pm, and a delightful dinner at 6:00 pm. This dining experience is perfect for families seeking a vacation that's relaxed and hassle-free. Suitable for groups with no specific food allergies or dietary requirements. You're in for a culinary treat!

Children Menu Dining Package
For groups choosing the International Fine Dining package we provide a simplified children menu service.
For the younger members of a group we provide a special, simplified package specifically designed around younger taste-buds. The breakfast buffet starts the day. Lunch is served with the family. The children menu prepared by the sous-chef is then served at 6pm while the adults enjoy cocktail hour and is a two course menu designed for easy dining.

In Villa Events and Special Occasions
Samsara Team offer a range of weekly in-villa dining packages. For guests looking for a special celebration we work with our preferred partners at SeaSalt TCI and Coral Cuisine to provide a bespoke celebration event.
Usually concierge services are organised 60 days before arrival so a full choice is possible.
Additional menus required by dietary requirements will change quoted prices significantly. Menus available include vegetarian, vegan and celiac. Please expect changes to quotes to include additional chef, kitchen service staff and other costs associated with an additional menu.
We usually request one primary client whose credit card (Mastercard or Visa) is held versus the concierge account. We can facilitate several accounts per visitor but require clear instructions on usage. All pre-ordered services are paid for pre-arrival.

Our Pool Beverage Service is thoughtfully designed to ensure effortless relaxation and refreshment poolside. Drinks are served directly to your pool lounger, float, or dining table, creating a seamless accompaniment to your dining experience. Perfectly complementing either cuisine package, the service also includes thoughtfully curated snacks.
The day begins with morning beverages served alongside the breakfast service at 9 am. Start your Caribbean morning with coffee, continental and herbal teas, and refreshing soft drinks —a refreshing way to ease into the Caribbean morning. For early risers, the pool bar is set up in conjunction with the cuisine plan to provide toast, pastries, and spreads—a light and comforting start to your Caribbean morning.
As the day unfolds, the service transitions to provide a diverse selection of healthy, revitalizing options for all ages. Smoothies, freshly pressed juices, and cooling iced teas are crafted to hydrate and refresh. For adults, a curated menu of tropical cocktails brings a touch of indulgence to your poolside retreat, adding to the sense of calm and relaxation that defines pool life.
Snacks for children, including light bites and indulgent treats, are thoughtfully provided. For a special touch, enjoy our homemade cake of the day—a delightful highlight for both adults and children.
