Laundry service
Laundry service for Silver and Gold clients – personal laundry is returned via a family basket in the lounge.
Washing is hot washed with linens so please look after delicates and do not put them near the wash basket. Housekeeping is used to family living so items on the floor or close to the basket may be gathered up into the washing.
Special Items of Laundry
The concierge service can arrange for delicate items to be dry cleaned – please just ask the hostess and expect a 48-hour service - all charges to the Concierge Account.
Wet Ones
Put wet or damp items on the floor besides the washing baskets including used towels. Damp towels for silver and gold clients will be changed. Please do not put damp or wet items inside the wash baskets as everything can go mouldy quickly.

Our dedicated housekeeping team will tidy up after your breakfast and lunch preparations, ensuring your kitchen and dining areas remain spotless.
We'll set the lunch table for you, allowing you to focus on savoring your meal without the hassle of preparation.
At the end of the day, we'll tidy the pool deck, so it's pristine and ready for your enjoyment the following morning.
Please note, this package does not include any meal or food preparation services. By entrusting these tasks to our professional team, you can maximize your time enjoying the pool and beach, making the most of your stay at Villa Samsara.

Getting a little extra help
If you encounter any issues during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us at reservations@samsaratci.com. We understand that vacations, time zone changes, and new cuisines can sometimes affect well-being. If your suite requires a deep clean, kindly inform us so our staff can arrive fully prepared to assist you.
Toilet Rules
We politely request NO wipes or Sanitary Products are put down the toilet as damage will be done to the cistern. We provide nappy (diaper) bins and hygiene bins.
Accidents do happen
If there are any toddlers/children who may bed wet with the changes from travel, please tell the hostess. We hope parents would use pull up PJ’s but we also have disposable piddle pads we can put on the bed for any leaks.
