Late Payment Policy

 

We understand busy travellers get distracted and sometimes forget to settle an account. We will always send reminders to avoid late payment charges. All payments are given a ten business day grace period as we know monies take time to arrive. If you have sent a payment and not received a receipt - please contact us.

 

Late Payment Charges are 25% plus 12% tourist tax ten business days after the account is due.

 

An additional administrative charge of 25% plus 12% tourist tax is added if we need to use a recovery service outside of our home country of Turks & Caicos.

 

We will always reply to any queries and effectively wait for ten business days for any replies to information provided.
