Music System

With regards to the music system, we have a Sonos system installed in the Villa with individual systems in most of the rooms, as well as in the living room, dining room, kitchen and across the pool. Currently the new Pineapple Suite in Samsara does not have a Sonos system.

For controlling the system we recommend that you install the application onto a smart-phone or device that they are taking with them. Please note that you should use the Sonos S2 app, or we have the following links for Android and Apple devices:

The Sonos system can relatively easily either play music from whatever device you are using; or it can stream directly from Spotify, Amazon, Google or any internet radio station that is available. If you do link a personal account to the Sonos system we would recommend removing it before your departure.

Many of the televisions have sound that plays automatically through the attached Sonos system. The volume control for the TVs will adjust the volume for the Sonos system automatically or you can control the volume directly on the Sonos systems.

If you need help with the Sonos system then you can see the User Guide. Alternatively you can speak to your Wellness Manager, or email the Concierge Team

Televisions

Every bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TVs that can be used to access streaming service. Most TVs have both Cable TV and Apple TV devices attached. Each remote control is labelled to make it easy to identify which HDMI input should be used.

Please do not touch, unplug or change wiring with any of the cables. It takes a sound engineer to wire TV/ Sonos/ Sound System and the charge is about ~$100 per hour depending on the time taken to rebuild.

We would recommend that you log out of any service that you have logged into at the end of your stay.

✅ Be controlled independently for volume and playback.

Your zones include:

  • Main Living Area

  • Suites – played through the TV bars

  • Outdoor Spaces (Pool, Terraces,etc.)

Each zone is controlled via the Sonos App, available on iOS, Android, Mac, and PC.
